Lois Menzies

Lois Menzies was appointed Court Administrator by the Montana Supreme Court in April 2006. Prior to this appointment, she served as Executive Director of the Legislative Services Division for the Montana Legislature, 2000 – 2006; Director of the Montana Department of Administration and Ex Officio State Treasurer, 1993 – 2000; Administrative Officer of the Gambling Control Division, Department of Justice, 1990 – 1992; Research Analyst for the Montana Legislative Council, 1980 – 1990; Project Director for the Criminal Justice and Corrections Advisory Council, 1987 – 1988; and Administrative Assistant for the Women's Bureau, Department of Labor and Industry, 1979 – 1980.

Ms. Menzies holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Akron, Ohio, and a master’s degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She is married to Gary Grzebielski and has three children.
